Back to School – September

Back to School

It’s that time of year again when we say goodbye to summer and hello to cooler weather, falling leaves, pumpkin spice everything, and back to school time. I used to love the excitement and anticipation of getting brand new notebooks and a fresh start, meeting new people and learning.

This can also be a great time for us as adults to learn and explore new things- no matter where we are in life, we know that our sexuality is always a work in progress, and these days, “homework” can be a lot of fun.

Here’s my homework for you- challenge yourself this season to:

  1. Learn something about your body that you didn’t know.
  2. Find a new way to find pleasure- sexual OR non-sexual.
  3. Take a workshop, a webinar, or read a book about an area of sexuality you’ve always been curious about.

Here are a few personal viewing recommendations to get you started, complete with suggested Wicked Sensual Care pairings to accompany your exploration-

We’ve called it “foreplay”, but the reality is it can come first or it can be the main event. In my Guide to Wicked Sex: Foreplay, the focus is on everything but PIV (penis in vagina) sex. Within this edition, you’ll find couples speaking about their favorite techniques along with some of the hottest explicit demonstrations I’ve ever shot. This movie is great to watch solo and amazing to watch with a partner. Suggested pairing: Wicked Sensual Care’s Creme for stroking, vulva massage, erotic massage, and more!

If you’re in your 50s or older, I want to invite you to experience the newest installation of the Guide to Wicked Sex series- Senior Sex. Co-created by the acclaimed 75-year-old sex educator and self-described advocate for ageless sexuality, Joan Price, this movie is the first educational resource of it’s kind. Join us as we celebrate sex and aging and address common concerns like menopause, mismatched libidos, physical limitations, and most of all, how to better communicate, whether it be with a partner or your doctor. Suggested WSC pairings: Joan’s personal favorite Aqua Chill, water-based cooling lube with peppermint, ginger, and menthol, or Aqua Sensitive, a hypoallergenic, glycerin-free, PH balanced water-based lube.

Enjoy this new season, and know that it’s never too late to learn new things. Invest in yourself. You’re so worth it.
