Welcome to 2022!

I know I speak for most of us when I say that 2021 couldn’t end fast enough. Or 2020, for that matter. Each New Years Eve I imagine goals instead of setting resolutions, and in previous years I persistently tried to outdo myself from the past year. The pandemic brought that to a screeching halt, as I instead reevaluated my life, my job(s), my well being, and then dug my heels in and held on for dear life.

Now here we are, almost three weeks into this new year, and I feel an optimism I haven’t felt in awhile. A renewal. Dare I say… hopeful?

As I begin my return to in person events and classes, my passion for sex education is returning full force. The joy I get from helping people safely explore their sexuality with support and encouragement is immeasurable. Seeing people challenge their own beliefs and biases in real time reaffirms that I am here, exactly where I need to be. Through the good times and the bad times and the Very Bad Times.

What does that mean for you?

Hopefully more of the things you’re here for. Education, inspiration, support, and encouragement, with a heaping side of transparency and vulnerability.
