April showers MAY bring…

April showers MAY bring…

Spring has certainly sprung, and we’ve all heard the adage “April showers bring May flowers”. Now let’s apply that – and lots of lube- to putting a spring in your step this month.

When we talk about g-spot stimulation, we can say that all vulva owners do have this area of tissue an inch or two inside the vaginal opening. What we can’t say, however, is whether you or your partner will be into the way this sensation feels. Ejaculation might be possible, and for some it could be considered “squirting”, while others may experience a smaller release of fluid. Either way, it probably won’t look like what you see in the movies, though it rarely ever does.

That being said, how do you go about finding your G Spot?

A few things are key:

  1. arousal
  2. lube (always!)
  3. patience

Try this when you can designate some time to yourself. After some masturbation of your choice, lay on your back and using plenty of Aqua or Toy Love, insert a finger or two inside your vagina. curve them upwards toward your bellybutton and have a feel. You may be able to notice a spongy texture that’s different from your vaginal walls. If you’re aroused and this area is extra engorged, you’ll probably be able to find it easier.

You found it. Congrats! Now what?

Now you get to experiment to see if you’re into it. Try different types of touches- stroking, tapping, or rubbing. You can also change it up by modifying the pressure. This is when you may feel a hot sensation, or a feeling like you may urinate. This is common, and if you’re enjoying the feeling, keep going!

If your fingers cramp or get tired, there are SO many toys on the market for G Spot stimulation with special curves and angles to hit the spot. PRO TIP: you can also use Awaken to heighten G Spot sensitivity! Just put it on your fingertips or at the end of a toy to deliver the goods.

Enjoy exploring, and make sure to hydrate and replenish those fluids so your flower can continue to bloom. Happy Spring!
