Wicked Sensual Care is proud to support amazing organizations in the community. We would like to encourage our readers to learn more about these great causes and consider lending your support if their cause resonates for you. April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and we are excited to show our love and support for both Tending the Garden and 1in6.
Tending the Garden grew from an idea to an organization with deep roots in social justice, equity and compassionate care. In totality, Tending the Garden is for marginalized survivors who are looking for community, healing, education, and growth. They strive to provide support to the community through retreat, workshops, live events and resources.
All Tending the Garden programming is created to service underserved individuals who deserve to feel seen, supported, and heard in an environment wherein they will be respected and not re-traumatized.

1in6 offers a wide range of information and services for men with histories of unwanted or abusive sexual experiences and anyone who cares about them. 1in6 was founded in 2007 in response to a lack of resources addressing the impact of negative sexual experiences and sexual assault on the lives of men as children and adults.
They offer a wealth of useful information on topics related to male sexual abuse and assault, trauma-informed trainings and webinars for service providers and organizations around the world, and a 24/7 online helpline.
