I love teaching people about lubes. Most people don’t know there are so many options and each one can help in different ways.”
In addition to the product knowledge and upbeat, positive energy she brings to her career at Elations, Hollie’s strengths include her ability to make her customers feel at home every time they visit. “I like that we get to have fun while at work. I like helping people be happy and healthy. When people come in shy and timid, I try to get them to relax so they will open up about their needs and hopefully leave with a bit more confidence.”
