To me, sensual gratitude is about bringing balance to my life by embracing my senses, savoring the present, and feeling the harmony between my body and mind. I think of it as a practice that aligns my energy and enhances my connection with myself and other people in my life. Ready to find your balance? Here are five of my favorite practices to help you experience a more harmonious, sensual life.

Harmony begins when we slow down and appreciate the little details. Your senses are like windows into the world’s beauty—so take a moment each day to engage them. Whether it’s the softness of your sheets in the morning, the scent of your favorite candle, or the rich flavors of a tasty meal, allow yourself to slow down and savor these experiences fully.
