As we welcome 2024, we want to take a moment to appreciate how far we’ve come since our brand was born, and we know that so much of our success is because of YOU. You inspire us to bring new, meaningful products to the sexual health and wellness space, you give us feedback, and you support us with engagement on social media- even creating your own content featuring your favorite WSC products! Thank you for being such an integral part of who we are. We’re excited to share some of our intentions and goals for the upcoming year as we strive to enhance your experience with us.

Educational Initiatives: This year, we’ll be bringing you even more educational content focusing on sexual wellness, helping you make informed choices first and foremost about your personal sexual health journey, while also giving you an increased understanding of the intent behind our products.

Purpose Driven Product Launches: Based on your valuable feedback, we’re committed to continuing to create products that align with your often changing needs and our brand’s high standards combined. When we launch a new product, we want you to know the “why” behind it.

Building Our Community: Please join us on social media and various online platforms for engaging discussions, events, and a space to share your experiences. We want to spark discussions that forward sexual health and wellness- and we’d love to get to know you all in the process. 

Personalized Customer Service: This year, also we’ll be streamlining our already enhanced customer service experience with even more personalized support and a fast response time. In fact, did you know that simply timeless has it’s own designated email address? Hint- it’s inside the expanded content label on the bottle.
